What is "badania medycyny pracy"
It is the mandatory occupational health examination required by the Polish Labour Code. You take it before starting a new job and periodically while employed. Your employer issues a referral (skierowanie) listing your position and workplace risk factors, and an occupational medicine physician confirms with a certificate (orzeczenie) that there are no contraindications to work.
